Access

Pre-festival 22-25 February

No unauthorised persons will be permitted

on site between 22 February and

10:00am 25 February unless approved

by the Yuin Folk Club Committee. Only

volunteers rostered to work during that

time or approved suppliers will be allowed

access.

Vehicle Access

s

Campers must have a camping

vehicle pass.

s

Only vehicles with government

issued disability parking permits will

be allowed access to the disability

parking areas within the Festival

site, if not camping. Please see

staff in the Ticket Office if you

require assistance. You may also

ring the Festival Office 6493 6666

beforehand so we can alert the gate

people.

s

Day parking is not permitted within

the Festival site. See the Festival

map for approved parking areas –

please park where directed.

s

Campers with vehicles on the oval

area are not permitted to move

vehicles after 9am Friday until

Sunday afternoon.

Conditions of Entry

s

By purchasing a ticket, receiving

a ticket as a performer or as our

guest, you acknowledge and accept

the full terms and conditions set

out on the Festival website http://

www.cobargofolkfestival.com

in your

personal capacity and on behalf of

any other member of a band or group

you are applying for, and for any

accompanying minor.

s

Your ticket must be exchanged for a

wristband before entering the Festival

site which must be worn at all times.

Children must also wear a wristband

and be supervised by their parents /

guardians at all times.

s

Proof of age ID may be requested

when collecting a youth wristband.

Age must be under 18 on last day of

Festival. A parent or a responsible

adult must accompany youth ticket

holders. As the responsible adult

you agree to be responsible for their

behaviour and safety whilst at the

CFF and contactable at all times

by mobile phone while at

the Festival.

In accordance with NSW

Government regulations

the Festival is smoke-

free. Please use ONLY the

Designated Smoking Area

provided (see Map p36).

The Festival reserves the right to

refuse entry or evict patrons, without

prior warning, who behave in a

manner inappropriate, offensive,

dangerous or illegal.

s

No pets allowed on site.

s

Footwear must be worn

at all times whilst on the

Festival site.

s

We regret that we cannot

accept responsibility or liability for

theft, loss or injury on this site under

any circumstances. Attendance at the

Festival and camping/caravanning or

parking is at your own risk.

s

The Festival reserves the right to vary

the advertised artists and/or program.

Day or weekend tickets can be

purchased at the Ticket Office.

Only weekend ticket holders can

purchase camping (extra fee).

Pre-paid ticket vouchers will be

exchanged for a wristband at the

Ticket Office.

Vehicle passes will be issued at the

Ticket Office.

Performer reception is located next to

the Ticket Office.

Camping

s

A Camping Vehicle Pass is required

for entry to camping areas.

s

A responsible camping adult must

accompany campers under 18.

s

Camper vans, caravans, motor homes

are welcome and must be positioned

in designated areas. You will be

directed to these on arrival.

s

POWERED SITES are limited and

strict conditions apply to their use.

One powered site, one user. It is

the responsibility of the person

who purchased the powered site to

ensure there is no piggybacking of

power outlets - piggybacked boards

and leads will be pulled out. Repeat

offenders will be asked to move to

non-powered sites.

s

The organisers do not accept

responsibility for the consequences of

any power failures or disconnection.

Continuing misuse of powered sites

may lead to the complete closure

of all powered sites for subsequent

festivals.

Late Night Partying

s

Please be courteous of other campers

and keep noise levels down at the

camping sites. Lights out at 1am

please!

service - please do not attempt to

rectify problems yourself.

Showers and Toilets

s

Please conserve water.

s

The lower toilet block

near the Magpie Venue

has wheelchair access

which may be used as an extra toilet

but persons with disabilities have

priority.

Camp fires ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

A Total Fire Ban applies throughout the site.

The EMERGENCY EVACUATION ASSEMBLY AREA is located at

the entrance gate to the Arena. Please see the Festival Map (p36).
